However, I faced significant noise issues at night from delivery trucks, and the bathroom facilities in my initial room were frustratingly outdated.

Initially, my room faced the loading dock, which was very noisy due to late-night truck deliveries. After a complaint, I was moved to a more suitable room that was much quieter and also had effective heating. The bathroom was quite dated with slow water drainage and a slippery floor, though the beds were comfy.
